Overall, pretty happy. Communication was initially great, but did drop off a little once payment was made. No tracking number was provided and delivery took a little longer than I expected. Item arrived in good condition, quality is pretty good, maybe even a little better than i expected for the price, although it didn’t come with any assembly instruction, it wasn’t too difficult to figure out though. Bar spacing was a little wider than i was expecting, especially considering the size is suited to small breeds, so did have to put some extra grating up so my new born chihuahuas can’t get hooked up and also added some lighting. All in all very happy with the purchase. Thank you.
